摘要
我们对以孔子为代表的早期儒家视域下教师教学能力进行分析,重新认识孔子眼中教师的教学能力,从技术层面讲主要有研究学生个性、因材施教、学思结合、知行合一、诱导启发、以"仁"为核心等教学实践能力,从人格层面主要有愉快教学、爱护学生等人格魅力也属于教学能力,早期儒家的这些教学智慧,对我们提升教师教学能力有现实意义。
If we analysis the early Confucian's the teachers' teaching abilities, and the recognition of Confucius in the eyes of teachers' teaching ability, from a technical level mainly studied the Student s' individualities, taught the students in accordance with their aptitude,Combination of learning and thinking, the unity of knowledge and action, Induced heuristic,with ‘benevolence'as the core topics, as teaching practice from the aspects of personality were happy teaching, love students personality also belongs to the teaching ability, the thought of early Confucianism teaching wisdom, that should promote teachers' teaching ability has a realistic significance for us.
