早期儒家视域下教师教学能力探析

我们对以孔子为代表的早期儒家视域下教师教学能力进行分析,重新认识孔子眼中教师的教学能力,从技术层面讲主要有研究学生个性、因材施教、学思结合、知行合一、诱导启发、以"仁"为核心等教学实践能力,从人格层面主要有愉快教学、爱护学生等人格魅力也属于教学能力,早期儒家的这些教学智慧,对我们提升教师教学能力有现实意义。
