摘要 D校学前教育专业积极推进基于学生可持续发展能力培养的人才培养模式改革,着眼职业教育主体需求确定"育人"目标,面向学生全面发展确定"育人"原则,立足专业学制特点构建课程体系,围绕质量管理健全教学规范,取得了很大办学成效。该专业在后续人才培养模式改革过程中,需进一步以"模块化课程"理论为指导完善课程体系,以职业素养为着眼点加强学生职业精神培养,以办学质量为导向完善教学规范和教学保障机制。 The talent training mode reform based on the cultivating of the students' ability of three-year pre-school education major has made a great achievement in D Teachers' College. The reform measures include setting goals of training mode focused on the main body needs of the vocational education, defining the educational principle for students' all-round development, constructing curriculum system based on the academic structure and improving the teaching standards around the quality management. The reform requires further perfecting curriculum system guided by the modular curriculum theory, strengthening the cultivation of students' professional spirit around the vocational competency, improving the mechanism of teaching norms and teaching guarantee in order to improve the quality of education in the subsequent process of talent training.
