摘要
为了了解西部地方师范院校学前教育学生职业认同感的现状,文章运用问卷调查法、开座谈会、访谈法,对某地方师范院校学前教育学院的各个年级的男生进行问卷和访谈,发现男生对幼儿教师的职业认知比较明确、男生从事幼儿教师工作的意志不稳定、男生对幼儿教师职业的职业价值观的认同不容乐观、男生对幼儿教师职业情感体验较高、男生对男幼儿教师应具备的素质有较充分的认识,同时分析产生这种情况的原因并提出建议。
In order to understand the local teachers' Colleges in Western China preschool education students' professional identity status, this paper use of questionnaires, seminars and interviews, each grade of a local normal university preschool education college male students' questionnaires and interviews, found that boys of preschool teachers' professional knowledge is relatively clear, boys engaged in preschool teachers work will not stable, boys of preschool teachers' professional career values of identity can not be optimistic, boys of preschool teachers' professional emotion experience higher, boys and male teachers should have quality have a full understanding of the, also analysis the reasons and suggestions.
