美国奥本大学与华盛顿州立大学三镇分校之艺术教育印象

摘要 艺术教育必须在整体教育环境中扮演更主动积极的角色,我们应以审视的目光来关照美国大学的艺术教育方向。Auburn University1(奥本大学)与Washington State University Tri-Cities2(华盛顿大学三镇分校)两所大学从艺术教育相关划分、学院艺术教育课程设置、艺术教育实习与就业以及课后重要的艺术教育活动四个方面都依据自己的情况不同而有不同的侧重,包括艺术教师的职后培养以及课外艺术教育活动都是非常受学校重视与教师期待的。文章以这两所学校的艺术教育实态为考察对象,以期客观审视我国大学艺术教育相关方面的举措,对当下走向正确的艺术教育发展道路有借鉴意义。 Art education must play a more active role in the integrated educational environment and we should review the art educational direction in the universities in the USA. From the aspects of art educational classification, curriculum provision of art educational course in the college, art education internship and em- ployment and the extra- curriculum important art educational activities, Auburn University and Washington State University Tri - Cities have different priorities according to their situations. The on - the - job training for arts teachers and the extra -curriculum art educational activities are emphasized by the university and ex- pected by the teachers. The paper, taking the actual art education in these two universities as the object for studies, hopes to objectively contemplate the measures related to art education in Chinese universities and to provide useful experiences for current correct art education development.
