中外合作办学助力“一带一路”建设途径

A Study on the Assistance of Sino-Foreign Cooperation in School Running to the Development of the "Belt and Road" Strategy

"一带一路"战略的实施说明中国已经从参与全球化转变到了塑造全球化,参与并助力于这一战略的实施是中国高等教育的历史使命,更是应有的行动。"一带一路"战略是中外合作办学难得的发展机遇,而推进高等教育对外开放也能更好地服务于"一带一路"建设。我国高校应该积极抓住契机,大力推进中外合作办学,加强质量保障,扩大合作交流,提升服务能力,探索合作办学助力"一带一路"建设的途径,为"一带一路"建设提供有力支持。

The development of the ＂Belt and Road＂ strategy has made a transfer of China＇s role in the economic globalization from a participator to a former, which has proved it to be a historical task for China＇s higher education to function as an assistant to the strategy. The ＂Belt and Road＂ strategy is an unprecedented opportunity of development for Sino-foreign cooperation in school running, and the opening of China＇s higher educatiorr to the outside world can promote the execution of the ＂Belt and Road＂ as well. Therefore, the higher education school runners should make contributions to the strategy by expanding cooperation with the countries along the ＂Belt and Road＂, improving their quality assurance systems and offering better intellectual support.
