摘要
高职院校办公室是学校综合管理机构,承担着服务、参谋、督办、协调等多种职能,在学校整体运行中处于枢纽地位。但当前面临着职能不清、目标不明、管理队伍建设滞后、体制与制度不完善等诸多困境,需要从办公室组织结构、队伍建设科学化、制度与机制建设等方面实现科学化管理,以提升学校管理效能。
As a comprehensive organization at the key position of college administration, the general administrative office in a vocational college undertakes functions of offering services, giving advice, exercising supervision, handling daily work and conducting coordination. However, some existing problems are constraining the development college administration. They are mainly ambiguous division of functions, unclear targets, retarded building of administrative team and imperfect system and institution. To enhance the efficiency of administration, it is necessary to implement scientific management in the fields of office organizational setup, team building and institutional construction.
