On the Supportive Role of Professional Societies in Training Individualized Talents

摘要 创新型人才培养是当下我国经济转型、提高国际竞争力的迫切需要,也是高校人才培养的重要发展方向。人才的个性化培养是创新型人才培养的重要特征,分析个性化人才培养内涵得出所需要素,构建培养模型,并据此模型标准对高职学院各类学习组织个性化人才培养的有效性进行分析,得出高职专业社团是个性化人才培养的有效组织,是创新创业人才成长的重要基地。 To carry out economic restructuring and increase China's international competitiveness, it is a crying need to train innovative personnel, which has become an important development direction of colleges and universities. Training of individualization is a major part of innovative personnel cultivation. This paper firstly makes an analysis of all the elements related to the training and accordingly develops a training model. Then based on the model, it makes an effectiveness analysis of the training in vocational colleges. Finally it concludes that professional societies can work as suitable organizations for individualized personnel training and as important bases for the growth of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.
