基层工会组织创建“教工之家”的途径探讨——以天津商务职业学院为例

摘要 创建教职工值得信赖的"教工之家",不仅是高职院校提高凝聚力、营造和谐人文环境的需要,也是教职工享有民主权利、获得职业归属感的需要,更是摆在基层工会组织面前的一项重要课题。经过多年实践,从创建民主之家、书香之家、快乐之家、服务之家、女工之家、奋进之家等几个方面着手,积极探索创建"教工之家"的途径方法,发挥工会组织的独特作用。 Building a reliable "home of teaching and administrative staff", as an import task for primary trade union organization, is necessary both for boosting vocational colleges' coherence and creating a harmonious humanistic environment and for the faculty enjoying democratic fights and obtaining sense of belonging. After years of practice, we could explore ways to improve the "home" through building "democratic home", "literary home", "happy home", "service home", "women's home" and "endeavour's home" to play the unique role of trade union.
