公安文化人才是公安文化建设的主体,其自身的素质直接影响公安文化建设的质量。中国优秀的传统文化可以为当前的公安文化建设提供丰富的理论支撑。儒家倡导的仁爱思想、道家主张的无为思想、法家推行的法治思想、墨家崇尚的尚贤思想,都会对公安文化人才素质的提升产生积极作用。
Culture talents in police are the subject of police cultural development. Their own quality directly influences the quality of police cultural construction.
