摘要
劫持人质案件近年来呈高发态势,特别是以敲诈勒索钱财为目的的劫持人质案件居高不下,是公安机关及人民警察必须面对的焦点和难点之一。在对劫持人质案件类型进行分析的同时,总结出劫持人质案件的共性特征和不同特点,进而对警察处置中的瓶颈性问题加以剖析,提出此类解救人质案件中警察如何把握战机,巧用战术方法及注意事项。
Hijacking cases,especially with extortion as aim,have shown a high incidence trend in recent years,which are the focus and difficulty that the public security organs and police must face. Through analyzing the types of the hijack cases,common features and different characteristics are summarized,bottleneck problems in the disposal are dissected and methods and attention matters are put forward on how policemen seize the opportunity in such hostage saving cases and cleverly use tactics
