摘要 电子侦察卫星主要接收非合作辐射源目标所发射的电磁信号,而星载被动微波遥感主要是对自然界中各种物体自发辐射的微波信号进行接收与处理。根据二者在多个方面的相似性,提出将电子侦察卫星应用于对地被动微波遥感的设想,并据此分析了从电子侦察卫星所接收到的信号中提取出被动微波遥感信息的方法与途径,在此基础上对相关应用问题进行了探讨,给出了解决思路。这一设想不仅有利于电子侦察卫星的多功能应用,而且也为地面与机载电子侦察设备的被动微波遥感应用拓展提供了参考。 The electronic reconnaissance satellite is usually utilized to receive electromagnetic signals from the non-collaborative radiation objects. The mission of passive microwave remote sensing satellite is to receive and process spontaneous signals produced by all kinds of objects in nature. According to the similarity between them, the novel idea about passive microwave remote sensing application of electronic reconnaissance satellite is put forward. The approach for the passive microwave remote sensing information extracted from the received signals of electronic reconnaissance satellite is analyzed. The relative problems about practical application are discussed and then the troubleshooting methods are given. It is important for multi-function application of the electronic reconnaissance satellite. It is also an interesting reference for passive microwave remote sensing by electronic equipment on earth and in the air.
