大豆黄酮对产蛋后期蛋种鸡生产性能、激素水平和繁殖性能的影响 被引量:8

Effects of Dietary Daidzein on Laying Performance,Hormone Levels in Serum and Reproductive Performance in Breeding Hens during the Late Laying Cycle

摘要 试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平大豆黄酮对产蛋后期海兰褐蛋种鸡生产性能、血清激素水平、卵泡发育和种蛋孵化性能的影响。选取体重、产蛋率相近的55周龄海兰褐蛋种鸡270只,随机分为3个组(每组6个重复,每个重复15只):对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂分别添加30、60mg/kg大豆黄酮的基础饲粮,试验期12周(57~68周龄)。结果表明:①饲粮添加30mg/kg的大豆黄酮显著提高了产蛋后期蛋种鸡产蛋率和平均产蛋量(P〈0.05);各试验组死亡率、平均蛋重、平均采食量和料蛋比与对照组相比较差异不显著(P〉0.05)。②饲粮添加30mg/kg的大豆黄酮显著提高了产蛋后期蛋种鸡血清中促黄体生成素含量(P〈0.05),对促卵泡生成素、雌激素、孕酮等激素水平无显著影响(P〉O.05)。③试验第12周末,各试验组输卵管长度和各级卵泡数与对照组相比差异不显著(P〉0.05)。④试验第13~14周,各试验组受精蛋孵化率、孵化率、出雏率、健雏率与对照组相比差异不显著(P〉0.05)。由此可见,饲粮添加30mg/kg大豆黄酮能显著提高产蛋后期海兰褐蛋种鸡的产蚤}生能。 This experinment was conducted to study the effects of dietary different daidzein levels on laying performance, hormone levels in serum and reproductive performance in breeding hens during the late laying cycle. Two hundred and seventy 55-week-age Hy-Line brown breeding hens with similar body weight and laying rate were randomly assigned to 3 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 15 birds in each replicate,and fed basal diets supplemented with 0 (control) ,30 and 60 mg/kg daidzein for 12 weeks from 57 to 68 weeks of age,respectively. The results showed as follows: The supplementation of 30 mg/kg daidzein significantly increased laying rate and average daily egg weight (P〈0.05) ,but did not affect mortality,average egg weight,average daily feed intake and ratio of feed to egg (P〉0.05). At the end of week 12 in trial period, the serum luteinizing hormone level of 30 mg/kg daidzein group was higher than the other groups,while there was no significant difference in the other serum sexual hormone levels (/)〉0.05). (~) At the end of week 12 in trail period,the length oviduct and quantity of follicles were not affected by supplementation of daidzein (P〉0.05). During weeks 13 to 14 of the trail, the fertilization and hatehability of fertile eggs showed no difference among three groups (P〉0.05). In conclusion, the supplementation of 30 mg/kg daidzein could inprove laying performance of breeding hens during the late laying cycle without negative influences on reproductive performance.
