摘要
本文旨在通过总结鸽乳成分及其变化规律,并结合嗉囊组织在分泌期的生理结构变化及相关组织特异性表达基因的上调和下调机制,指出催乳素基因表达在鸽乳分泌启动阶段的关键作用,这一作用还涉及到嗉囊上皮增殖、三羧酸甘油酯合成及相关组织信号传递等生理机制。同时文章还指出,研究鸽乳分泌的生理机制和遗传基础将对制定肉种鸽营养标准和肉鸽新品种选育所具有的积极意义。
In order to point out the importance and irreplaceability of pigeon milk for the early growth and development of squabs,the paper summarized pigeon milk composition and its variation, along with crop structure and its physiological change during lactation. In addition, tissue specific expression mechanism of related down-regulated genes and up-regulated genes were involved, which revealed that PRL was important at the starting of lactation and also had effect on crop epithelium proliferation,tricarboxylic acid glyceride synthesis and related signaling pathways. The understanding of genetic background and physical mechanism of pigeon milk secretion will be a positive direction to make appropriate nutrition standards and cultivate new pigeon breeds.
