摘要
高校经管类专业的《经济法》是一门综合性和实践性强的课程,基于培养目标和课程特点,课堂讨论教学法越来越广泛运用于《经济法》课程。目前课堂讨论教学法在高校经管类专业《经济法》教学实践中效果并不显著,专业教师可以通过加强教学和理论素养,精选案例材料,精心设计讨论主题,合理选择课堂讨论形式等提高教学效果。
Economic Law of economic and management majors in universities is a course with comprehensiveness and strong practicality.Based on the training objectives and curriculum characteristics,classroom discussion method is more and more widely used in teaching the course of EconomicLaw.But the effect is not illustrious.Professional teachers can improve the teaching effect through strengthening teaching and theoretical attainment,selecting case materials,elaborating discussion topic,choosing reasonable form of classroom discussion.
