摘要
目的:研究乳腺X线摄影投照体位和压迫技术的应用及质量。方法:随机选取800例在我院进行诊治的乳腺受检者作为研究对象,以双侧乳腺内外斜(MLO)位及轴位(CC)位作为常规检查,必要时加侧位和点压放大位等特殊位置,进而采用相应的压迫技术和摄影条件对800例受检者的影像图片进行分析和分类,对隆胸患者进行采用合适的压迫技术和投照体位。结果 :800例受检者中致密型一共146例(18.25%),多腺体309例(38.62%),少腺体231例(28.87%),脂肪体114例(14.25%)。800例受检者中778例能充分显示乳腺结构,占总比例的97.25%,无废片,满足临床的对影像诊断的需求。结论:在具备先进的影像仪器基础上,技师采用正确的摄影投照体位和压迫技术,有利于提高对乳腺病变的检出率和准确性,很大程度上减少了漏诊和误诊。
Objective: To investigate the application and quality analysis of mammography and compression technology. Methods: In total, 800 were checked on breast in our hospital as the objects of study. The received the routine examination such as mediolateral oblique (MLO) and craniocaudal (CC), and even received magnification rnanunography and lateral radiograph if necessary. All their image pictures were analyzed and classified with compression technology, moreover, patients with breast implants received the appropriate examination of compression method and anteroposterior position.Results: Among 800 examinees, there were 146 patients with dense breast (18.25%), 309 patients with marmnary gland hyperplasia, 231 (28.87%) patients with manmaary gland deficiency, 114 patients with mammary gland adiposity, and 778 patients could be absolutely observed mammary gland tissue (97.25%) whose images met the clinical need of diagnosis.Conclusions: The appropriate examination of compression method and anteroposterior position combination with the advanced imaging instrument, which can help improve the accuracy in detecting breast lesions, and significandy reduce the rate ofmisdiagnose and missed diagnosis.
