摘要
目的:探讨西藏教职工的睡眠质量及记忆功能影响情况。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷,用分层整群抽样调查方法,对西藏林芝地区(2980m)教职工359名世居藏族及移居者进行不匿名自填式问卷调查。结果:本次调查总共发放400个问卷表,剔除41个无效问卷后,有效问卷有359个,有效率为90%。其中藏族115人(32%),汉族235(65.5%),其他民族9人(2.5%),男性207人(57.6%),女性152人(42.4%),吸烟者占总人数的34.3%。饮酒者占总人数的56.3%。作息不规律者占总人数的57.1%。85.5%的调查对象觉得高原环境对身体有不同程度影响。世居藏族与移居者及不同性别间在经常性失眠、入睡困难夜间多梦、记忆力减退、注意力不集中等情况存在差异(P<0.05),此次调查对象的世居藏族和移居者的睡眠质量及记忆功能对比,移居者更容易出现睡眠问题及有明显记忆力减退、注意力不集中现象。结论:西藏地区教师作为高脑力劳动人群,睡眠质量不佳会出现精神状态不好以及短暂性记忆力减退、注意力不集中等现象。这些因素直接影响教学工作,影响成千上万广大求学者学习的积极性和知识技能的掌握。
Objective: To explore the impact of sleep quality and memory function in Tibetan staff.Methods: To take self- designed questionnaire to investigated 359 native Tibetans and immigrants living in Nyingchi (2980 m) with stratified cluster sampling method.Results: Totally, 4{i0 questionnaires were issued, excluding 41 invalid questionnaires, the effectiveness rate of 90% (359 valid questiormaires), involving 115 for Tibetan (32%), 235 for Han Chinese (65.5%), 9 for other national minority (2.5%), 207 for men (57.6%), 152 for women (42.4%). Researchers found that smokers accounted for 34.3% of the total number of surveys, drinkers accounted for 56.3 of the total number of surveys, and irregular sleeping accounted for 57.1% of the total number of surveys. There were 85.5% respondents believed that high altitude environment had varying degrees of impact on their health. There were significantly differences in reoccurring insomnia, sleep latency, dreaminess, hypomnesis, and inattention (P〈0.05). Meanwhile, immigrants were more vulnerable to sleep problems, hypomnesis, and inattention.Conclusions: Teachers in Tibet, working with high mental intensity, are vulnerable to bad mental state and transient hypomnesis due to poor sleep quality, which direcdy affects working, also affects students' learning enthusiasm and the acquisition of knowledge and technique.
