摘要
随着我国城市化发展速度不断加快,城市规模逐渐扩大,轨道交通的需求也就越来越大。地铁作为现代化的交通工具,有着相当的便捷性和环保性。然而,地铁建设项目规模庞大、耗资巨大,单一化的融资模式无法有效满足实际需求。PPP模式作为新型的融资模式,能够有效弥补传统融资模式在诸多方面的不足。为此,从PPP模式的概念进行阐述,指出其在地铁建设项目中的应用现状,进而提出对其进行创新的有效策略。
With the development speed of our country＇s city continues to accelerate, the city has gradually expanded the scale of rail transportation is more and more big demand. As a modern subway transportation, has a convenient and environmental equivalent. However, the subway construction project in large scale, the cost of a single financing model can not effectively meet the the new financing model of actual demand.PPP mode, can effectively compensate for the deficiencies of the traditional mode of financing in many aspects.Therefore, expounds the concept of PPP model, and points out its application in subway construction project, and puts forward effective strategies to innovate on it.
