黄柏生品与各种炮制品滋阴及抗痛风作用比较 被引量:20

Compasion of the Nourishing Yin Effect and Anti-gout Effect of Unprocessed and Different Processed Products of Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis

摘要 目的:比较黄柏生品、盐制黄柏及清炒黄柏滋阴及抗痛风作用差异。方法:取黄柏生品、盐制黄柏及清炒黄柏适量制成不同炮制品的水煎煮液,建立高尿酸血症大鼠模型、急性痛风性关节炎大鼠模型、阴虚大鼠模型,将大鼠分为空白对照组、模型组、阳性组、生黄柏组、盐黄柏组、炒黄柏组,观察不同炮制品的滋阴及抗痛风作用。结果:(1)模型组大鼠的血尿酸值及肌酐水平显著高于空白对照组(P<0.01),阳性组、生黄柏组、盐黄柏组、炒黄柏组血尿酸值及肌酐水平明显低于模型组大鼠(P<0.01),不同炮制品组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。阳性组、生黄柏组、盐黄柏组、炒黄柏组致炎后8h足肿胀度明显低于模型组大鼠(P<0.01),不同炮制品组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。(2)阳性组、生黄柏组、盐黄柏组、炒黄柏组干预后cAMP、cAMP/cGMP明显低于模型组大鼠(P<0.01),cGMP明显高于模型组大鼠(P<0.01),不同炮制品组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:不同黄柏炮制品均具有滋阴及抗痛风作用,不同炮制方法对黄柏的药效作用影响不明显,值得进一步深入研究。 Objective:To compare the Nourishing Yin effect and Anti-gout effect of unprocessed and different processed products of Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis. Methods:The unprocessed and different processed products of Cortex Phetlodendri Chinensis were taken for making water decoction, and the Hyperuricemia model, acute gouty arthritis model, yin-deficiency model were established, which were were divided into control group, model group, positive group, unprocessed Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis group, Salted Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis group,Fried Cortex Pheltoden- dri Chinensis group, then the Nourishing Yin effect and Anti-gout effect were observed. Results:(1)The Serum uric acid and creatinine of model group were significantly higher than the control group(P〈0.01), the Serum uric acid and cre- atinine in positive group, unprocessed Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis group, Salted group, Fried group were significantly lower than model group(P〈0.01), there were no difference between different Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis group(P 〉0.05). The paw swelling inflammation in positive group, unprocessed Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis group, Salted group,Fried group were significantly lower than model group(P〈0. 01), there were no difference between different Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis group(P〉0. 05). (2) The cAMP, cAMP/cGMP in positive group, unprocessed Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis group, Salted group, Fried group were significantly lower than model group(P〈0.01), cGMP significantly higher than model group (P〈0. 01), there were no difference between different Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis group(P〉0. 05). Conclusion: Different products Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis has exact Nourishing Yin effect and Anti-gout effect, its effect is not concocted influence for processed, worthy of further study.
