拱北隧道曲线钢顶管接头橡胶圈结构数值模拟研究 被引量:12

摘要 曲线钢顶管技术是给水工程和隧道支护工程中新的非开挖施工技术,其管节结构与传统混凝土顶管管节结构差别较大,但目前设计和施工缺乏理论依据和参考规范。为优化拱北隧道曲线钢顶管施工中采用的接头橡胶圈结构,采用ABAQUS有限元软件,建立接头安装模型,研究优化前后橡胶圈应力、接触压力和接头安装力的变化规律。结果表明:优化后的橡胶圈应力和接头安装力明显减小,且接触压力大于0.3 MPa,满足现场施工密封的要求,证明优化后的接头更加合理可靠。 The curved steel pipe jacking technology,of which the pipe structure is greatly different from that of traditional reinforced concrete pipe jacking,is a new trenchless technology for water supply projects and tunnel support.There is not reliable design and construction standard for curved steel pipe jacking nowadays. The pipe-joint model of curved steel pipe jacking is established by ABAQUS software so as to optimize the structure of rubber ring used in Gongbei Tunnel. The stress and contact pressure of rubber ring and installation force of pipe-joint before and after optimization are studied. The analytical results show that the stress of rubber ring and installation force of pipe-joint reduce obviously after optimization; and the contact pressure of optimized rubber is larger than 0. 3 MPa; the optimized rubber ring is rational.
