“端-角”吻合在直肠癌微创手术患者中的应用效果

“Side-angle” Anastomosis in Colorectal Cancer Patients with Minimally Invasive Surgery Application Effect

目的:"端-角"吻合在直肠癌微创手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2014年5月-2016年1月我院收治的直肠癌患者117例,依据吻合方式分为观察组("端-角"吻合)和对照组("端-端"吻合),比较两组术中术后情况及术后并发症。结果:观察组的手术时间明显高于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者的术中出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者的肛门排气时间、引流管留置时间、引流量、排便时间、住院时间均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的术后并发症总发生率为16.67%,对照组患者的术后并发症总发生率为55.07%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:"端-角"吻合更接近直肠的正常形态,有利于术后患者直肠功能的恢复,能够明显降低吻合口瘘、肠梗阻等术后并发症风险。

To investigate the ＂Side-angle＂anastomosis in colorectal cancer patients with minimally invasive surgery application effect. Methods.. Selected May 2014 to January 2016 colorectal cancer patients in our hospital 117 cases, according to the anastomosis divided into two groups （＂Side-angle＇agreement） and the control group（＂ side-side＂ anastomosis） were compared intraoperative and postoperative conditions and complications. Results.. Observation group operative time was significantly higher （P〈0. 05）, blood loss between the two groups has no significant differences （P 〉0. 05）. Observation group were anal exhaust time, the drainage tube indwelling time of drainage, defecation time, hospitalization time were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Postoperative complications in the observation group were 16. 67% of the total incidence of postoperative complications in the control group of patients overall incidence of 55.07%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：＂Side-corner＂fit closer to the normal form of the rectum, help restore bowel function in patients, can significantly reduce the risk of postoperative complications, anastomotic leakage, intestinal obstruction.
