颅内肿瘤切除术中右美托咪定应用对血流动力学和脑功能保护作用分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨颅内肿瘤切除术中应用右美托咪定对血流动力学和脑功能保护的作用。方法:选取2014年1月-2015年1月在本院行颅内肿瘤切除术患者150例作为观察对象。按照随机数表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,各75例。两组患者全身麻醉。观察组患者静脉输注右美托咪定,对照组患者输注等量生理盐水。比较两组患者血流动力学变化及脑功能保护效果。结果:T1、T2、T3、T4时刻,观察组患者各血流动力学指标显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05);T5、T6时刻,观察组患者血清NSE、S100β值显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05);唤醒期观察组患者总不良反应发生情况显著低于对照组(χ2=4.127,P<0.05)。结论:颅内肿瘤切除术中应用右美托咪定对于稳定患者血流动力学、保护脑功能、降低不良事件的发生具有重要价值,值得在临床进行推广。
