摘要 对沁水南部赵庄矿区煤层水菌群进行研究,对矿区内部5口煤层气井排采水样做MPN计数培养和提取水样DNA做宏基因分析。得出发酵细菌、硫酸盐还原菌、甲烷菌等几种产气相关菌群的数量,详细了解菌群多样性并分析其在产气中的作用,为该地区开展生物模拟增气提供有力证据。 This paper studied the aquatic colony in coal seam of Zhaozhuang mining area which located in the south of Qinshui,and carried out MPN colony-count cultivation and metagenome analysis of DNA of drainage water samples of 5#CBM Well. The results showed the quantity of the related colony including fermentation bacteria, sulfate reducing bacteria and methane bacteria.With the understanding of the diversity of colony and the role of colony which played in gas production, this paper provided strong evidence for gas increase biosimulation in this area.
