摘要
煤层气管道会受到土壤的腐蚀,主要形式就是电化学腐蚀,所以需对长距离输气管道施加强制电流阴极保护。介绍了阴极保护的基本原理及长距离输气管道所采用的阴极保护形式,计算推导了阴极保护电位、电流分布公式及保护管道最长保护距离的计算公式,提出了两种阴极保护效果的检测技术--测试桩测试和腐蚀埋片测试。
CBM pipeline will be affected by soil corrosion, the main form of which is electrochemical corrosion. And impressed current cathodic protection is needed for long distance gas transmission pipeline. This paper introduced the basic principle of cathodic protection and the form of cathodic protection for long distance gas transmission pipeline, computed the potential of cathodic protection, deduced the formula of current distribution and the calculation formula of the longest pipeline protection distance, and put forward two kinds of cathode protection testing technology, pile test and corrosion buried test.
