浅析核电安全性与经济性

Analysis of Safety and Economical Efficiency of Nuclear Power

叙述了IEAE对核电安全性和经济性的一般认识及核业界对核安全方面认识的加深过程及核监管方对核安全目标要求的不断提高,以美国"核能2010"计划为例阐明了经济性也是核电生存的重要因素,浅析了一味追求安全的片面发展对于中国核电的健康平稳发展也是不利的。

This paper described the IEAE＇s general understanding of the safety and economical efficiency of nuclear power, the deepening understanding of the nuclear industry to nuclear safety and the increasing requirements to nuclear safety goals of nuclear regulators. With ＂nuclear power 2010＂ program in the United States as the example, this paper illustrated that economical efficiency is an important factor for the survival of nuclear power and seeking the unilateral development of nuclear safety is unfavorable to the healthy and stable development of nuclear power in China.
