摘要
从培训的目标、组织形式、教授内容、授课模式四个方面剖析了开展创新培训的基本要义和有效方法,提出了培训师应深刻认识创新培训的特质,把握系统性与体验性的双重特点,创造性地开展工作。
This paper analyses the main points and effective methods of innovation training from training goal, content, organization forms and teaching mode. It puts forward that the innovation trainers should have a deep understanding of the characteristics of innovation training and work creatively.
