摘要
为解决常规交互式有限元方法分析铸造桥式起重机"骨架"——桥架结构相对繁琐的问题,联合C#与APDL编制铸造桥式起重机桥架结构静动力学有限元参数化一体式分析系统,通过工程实例对系统进行评估。算例表明:参数化分析系统对桥架结构静动力学分析具有良好的适用性,全程可实现无纸化设计,有助于缩短产品研发周期,符合绿色设计要求。
To solve the tedious problems generated from conventional interactive finite element analysis method when used to analyze the bridge structure of casting crane, a static and dynamic parametric analysis system has been compiled based on C#and APDL, and the system has already been evaluated through engineering examples. The results indicate that parametric analysis system has a favorable applicability for static and dynamic analysis of casting cane bridge structure, the whole analysis process can be achieved without paper design, which can help to shorten the product development cycle and meet the requirements of green design.
