涂装时环境湿度对涂装质量影响很大,笔者讨论了湿度对漆膜质量的影响,分析了影响湿度控制的因素,针对冬季湿度过低的情况,提出了快速提高湿度的方法,通过对蒸气管道的改造,实现了快速对厂房加湿的效果。

Humidity has great influence on coating quality. The paper discusses the effect of humidity on paint film quality,analyses the factors affecting the humidity control. In view of the situation of low humidity in winter, the paper puts forward carrying out the transformation of steam pipe to increase the humidity of factory.
