摘要 本文研究了节能型铝电解槽非正常管理期快速降电压工艺对电解槽稳定性和工艺参数指标的影响,重点探讨了设定电压、铝水平、电解质水平、分子比、槽温、炉底压降和上调阳极对角部伸腿的影响。结果表明非正常管理期快速降电压工艺易造成角部伸腿长大,不均匀降低电压、铝水平快速提高和角部调极是造成角部长伸腿的主要原因。 The effects of fast-dropping voltage process to the stability and performance in energy saving type aluminium reduction cell during abnormal period are researched in this paper,some effects, such as set voltage,aluminium level, electrolyte level, bath ratio, electrolysis temperature, cathode voltage drop and anode raising, on the ledge in the cell corner are mainly discussed. The result shows that the ledge in the cell corner grows up easily in a fast-dropping voltage process during abnormal period, and that the main reasons of the long ledge at the cell corner are nonuniform voltage dropping , aluminium level increasing rapidly and corner anode raising abnormally.
