摘要
针对拜耳法氧化铝生产原矿浆调配过程中,石灰乳过滤后滤饼水份高引起蒸汽消耗升高等问题,将石灰乳立盘过滤器更换为卧式板框压滤器,运行后降低了汽耗,滤饼水分由45%降低至30%,节约了成本。
Aiming at the problem of high steam consumption caused by heavy moisture of lime filter cake in raw slurry preparation of Bayer alumina production, the lime filter is changed from a vertical disk filter to a horizontal frame press filter. Then the steam consumption is reduced, the moisture of filter cake is decreased from 45% to 30% , and the cost is saved in production.
