摘要
因高温等工况影响,在有色金属冶炼行业烟气粉尘治理中应用着大量电除尘器。受电除尘器选型、设备老化、振打二次扬尘等因素制约,难以满足粉尘超低排放等更高的环保要求。以无机材料陶瓷管作为除尘器的过滤元件,具备耐高温、高精度过滤超低排放、运行阻力低、寿命长等特点,可用于电除尘器壳体进行技术改造,实现对各类烟气粉尘的高效收集、超低排放。
Due to high temperature and other conditions, a large number of electric dust collectors are applied for the flue gas dust control in nonferrous metal smelting industry, but they are constrained by type selection, equipment aging, vibration hitting dust and so on, and are difficult to meet the higher environmental protection requirements of ultra-low dust emission. The filter unit with inorganic material ceramic tube has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, high precision filtration ultra-low emis- sion, low running resistance and long service life. It can be used for the technical reform of the electric precipitator shell to achieve the goal of efficient collection and ultra-low emission for various flue gas dust control.
