摘要
柴油—LNG双燃料发动机主要是在柴油机的基础上加装液化天然气供给系统改装而成,因其排放物污染小、改装结构简单、降低燃料成本等优点正受到人们的关注。本文基于CA4113Z车用柴油发动机进行柴油—LNG双燃料改装技术的研究和系统研发,在不降低发动机动力性的条件下,提高发动机的经济性和排放性,同时避免排气温度过高、发动机爆震等损害发动机的情况发生。
On the basis of the diesel engine,diesel- natural gas dual fuel engine is mainly equipped with liquefied natural gas supply system. It has been receiving more and more attention for its advantages such as good emissions characteristics,convenient retrofitting and flexibility in use. This paper researched and developed dual fuel retrofitting technology on the CA4113 Z diesel engine. The study concentrated on improving the fuel economy and avoiding high exhaust and engine detonation without reducing the engine's power performance.
