摘要 为了排查燃气公交系统的安全因素,评价燃气公交系统的安全水平,建立了以驾驶员、车辆、环境和管理安全为准则层,以职业素质、车辆安全性和加气站设备安全性等为指标层的安全评价体系。为了量化评价燃气公交系统安全水平,建立了以熵值法确定指标权重的模糊综合评判模型。通过调查燃气公交企业的相关数据,采用该模型计算公交系统的安全评价水平,确定其安全等级。结果表明:建立的评价指标体系较合理。基于熵值法的模糊综合评判模型具有一定的实用性,研究结果对发现燃气公交系统的安全隐患、提高燃气公交系统的安全等级具有一定的应用价值。 In order to examine the safety factors of gas transport system and evaluate the safety level of gas transport system, we established safety evaluation system which takes drivers, vehicles,environment and safety management as its criterion level and professional quality,vehicle safety and LPG station equipment security system as its index level. For the quantitative evaluation of gas transport system safety level,we set up fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model with entropy value method to determine the index weight. Finally,through the investigation and the related data of gas bus companies,the level of safety evaluation of bus system was calculated with the model and their level of security was determined. Results show that the established evaluation index system is reasonable,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on entropy method is practical,and the results has a certain application value to find the safe hidden trouble of gas transport system and improve the safety of gas transport system.
