摘要
从人才培养的目标、手段和方向维度,解读陶行知教育思想与发展性辅导理念的关系。借鉴PDCA循环法,将大学生发展性辅导工作划分为计划、执行、检查和处理四个阶段,探索发展性辅导的通用辅导模式。该模式的构建将有助于系统分析政治、经济、社会、技术、家庭、个人等多种影响因素,找出辅导中的不足,并协同宏观、中观和微观多方力量,实现发展性辅导活动的闭环发展,提升人才培养工作质量。
The relationship between Tao Xingzhi education thoughts and concept of developmental counseling has been studied in terms of talent cultivation goal, means, and direction. Thanks to PDCA circulation method, the college students' developmental counseling work was divided into four stages: planning, implementation, inspection, and handling. A general guidance model was built for developmental guidance and will help analyze politics, economy, society, technology, family, and individuals systematically, find out the weaknesses in counseling, unify the macro, meso, micro powers, realize the closed loop development of developmental counseling activities, and improve the quality of talent cultivation work.
