彩色多普勒血流显像在睾丸疾病诊断中的应用分析

Analysis of Color Doppler Flow Imanging in the Diagnosis of Testicle Diseases

目的 探讨彩色多普勒血流显像 (CDFI)对睾丸疾病的诊断价值。方法 应用CDFI对 41例睾丸疾病进行检测。结果 41例睾丸疾病中急性睾丸炎 8例 ,睾丸肿瘤 1 7例 ,睾丸血肿 1 1例 ,睾丸扭转 3例及睾丸囊肿 2例。结论 CDFI对急性睾丸炎与睾丸扭转 ,睾丸恶性肿瘤与良性肿瘤及睾丸血肿在血流供应上明显不同 。

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic vaule of color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI) technique in testicle diseases.Methods Forty-one cases of testicle diseases were studied by CDFI.Results Among them,acute orchitis were found in eight cases,seventeen patients were testicle mass,eleven hematomata of testicle,three cases wrenching of testicle and two cysts of testicle.Conclusions There were difference between acute orchitis and testicular torsion,malignant tumor and benign tumor of testicle or hematomata of testicle in the blood flow.CDFI has important value in the diagnosis of testicle diseases.
