On Policy Analysis's “Internet+” Collaborative Manufacturing

"互联网+"协同制造是新型工业化与信息化深度融合发展的产物。基于新一代信息技术——互联网跨界融合角度,对"互联网+"协调制造的基本定义、组织特征、运作机理和战略保障作出初步梳理。认为发展"互联网+"协同制造要充分利用互联网平台对于制造业资源进行深度融合,依据分享经济补偿和激励了线上线下制造单元,促进了实体制造组织与虚拟制造组织的融合发展。

＂Internet ＋＂collaborative manufacturing is the combination of the development of new industrialization and information depth. This paper is based on a new generation of information technology- the Internet cross-border integration point of view,＂Internet ＋＂coordinating manufacturing definition,organization characteristics,operation mechanism and security strategy and make a preliminary review. This paper considers,the development of＂Internet＋＂collaborative manufacturing to make full use of the Internet platform for manufacturing resource integration depth,on the basis of sharing economic compensation and incentive line unit manufacturing online and offline,promote the integration of the real manufacturing organization and virtual manufacturing organization development.
