摘要
为了实现恒负载超声磨削加工,以超声磨削系统的加载功率为约束条件,采用模糊智能控制方法实现磨削进给速率的在线调整。建立了超声磨削系统等效电路模型,分析了磨削负载与加载功率的关系;并设计模糊控制系统,包括隶属度函数、控制规则等;实验验证表明所设计的智能控制系统具有较好的稳定性和鲁棒性,能有效提高磨削加工质量和效率。
In order to realize constant load ultrasonic grinding,he fuzzy intelligent control method is adopted to realize the online adjustment of grinding feed rate with the loading power of ultrasonic grinding system as the constrain condition. The equivalent circuit model of ultrasonic grinding system is established and the relationship between grinding load and load power is analyzed. The fuzzy control system is designed which including membership function,control rules, etc. Experimental verification shows that the designed intelligent control system has good stability and robustness,and can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of the grinding process.
