摘要
根据现有洋葱分选装置技术中存在的不足和针对有待改进的技术问题,采用振动筛选输送工作原理,提出了一种整体振动受力的架构设计方案。该装置结构精简,科学合理,占地面积少,节省资源,而且振筛过程稳定、振幅均匀,筛选效率及精度高。本项目的主要意义是通过设计一种新的洋葱分选装置,从而在关键技术上有所突破,进一步提高生产线上的工作效率。
According to the shortcomings of the existing onion sorting device technology and the technical problems to be improved,the principle of vibration screening and conveying is adopted,and the structure design scheme of the whole vibration force is put forward. The device is simple in structure,scientific and reasonable,small occupation area,saving resources,and the process of the vibrating screen is stable,the amplitude is uniform,the filtering efficiency and the precision are high. The main significance of this project is to design a new onion sorting device,which can make a breakthrough in the key technology to further improve the working efficiency of the production line.
