摘要
为了研究驱动桥半轴花健啮合齿数和啮合长度对半轴强度的影响,以某装载机传动半轴为研究对象,选取不同的啮合齿数和啮合长度参数,使用ANSYS软件分析了花健最大等效应力与啮合齿数和啮合长度参数间的相互关系,研究了啮合齿数与啮合长度对半轴强度的影响。
In order to study the number of teeth and the length engagement of driving axle shaft spline affect the axle strength. Taking a loader drive axle for the study, select a different number of teeth and the length engagement parameter. Using ANSYS software to analyze the relationship between the spline maximum equivalent stress and the number of teeth and the length engagement parameter. Researched the effect of the number of teeth and the length of the axle engaging strength.
