摘要
在PRO/E环境下,阐述了自顶向下设计方法的基本原理,介绍自顶向下设计方法在垃圾压缩机设计中的应用。自顶向下设计是一种将产品最顶层结构的设计规范传递到所有下级结构的设计方法,选择主控零件、建立骨架模型是实现自顶向下设计的关键步骤。通过垃圾压缩机的设计实例来论述,采用自顶向下设计方法能够控制和传递设计意图,实现信息共享及并行设计,减少装配工作提高设计效率,缩短设计周期。
In PRO/E environment,this paper expounds the basic principle of the top-down design method,introduces top-down design method in the application of the garbage compressor design. Top-down design is a kind of the product at the top of the structure of the design specification to all the lower structure design method,choose the master control parts,to set up the skeleton model is the key to implement the top-down design steps.This paper through garbage compressor design example,adopt the top-down design method to control and pass design intent,realize information sharing and parallel design,reduce the assembly work improve the design efficiency and shorten the design cycle.
