摘要
通过设计使用数控车床自动拉料装置,实现了生产过程中数控车床的自动送料和自动进行松、夹卡盘,解决了在批量生产时材料长度定位难及操作人员安全的问题,从而实现数控车床自动拉料生产。使用自动拉料装置,动作灵活可靠,制造相对简单,比较经济。不仅提升了设备自动化程度,并可在现有的条件下和规定时间内达到生产所需要求,此种拉料装置故障率低,使用寿命长,充分体现了数控车床自动拉料的安全性和稳定性,有效提高生产效率和材料的利用率。
Through the design and use of the economic type of automatic pull feeding device of the CNC lathe,so as to realize the automatic feeding and clamping chuck loose of CNC lathe.Solve the problem of material length location and the safety of operator in mass production.And so as to realize the automatic drawing production of CNC lathe.The automatic pull feeding device has the advantages of flexible and reliable action,simple structure and economy,which not only improves the degree of automation of the equipment,but also can reach the requirement of production in the existing condition and the required time.This kind of pulling device has low failure rate and long service life,which fully reflects the reliability and stability of the automatic pulling of CNC lathe. Effectively improve the efficiency of production and the utilization of materials.
