老年肩袖损伤患者关节镜治疗疗效分析

目的：探讨关节镜下治疗老年性肩袖损伤的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2014年1月至2015年8月70例老年肩袖损伤患者术前及术后病例资料，于关节镜下使用带线锚钉应用镜下缝合技术行肩袖损伤修补术，同时全部行肩峰下减压成形术，并采用国际公认UCLA肩关节评分标准，对患者术后临床疗效进行评估。结果术后70例患者随访时间6~12个月，平均8个月。根据UCLA评分，本组优20例（34~35分），良45例（28~33分），可5例（21~27分），优良率92.85%。结论关节镜下治疗老年肩袖损伤具有术后并发症少、创伤小、患者易接受，能早期功能锻炼，临床疗效显著，明显提高老年肩袖损伤患者生活质量，值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of arthroscopic treatment of elderly patients with rotator cuff injury. Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital of orthopedics from January 2014 to 2015 August were treated 70 cases of elderly patients with rotator cuff injury in patients with preoperative and postoperative clinical data. The rotator cuff repair was used suture technique with SutureAnchor under arthroscopy,all at the same time line shoulder peak plasty were performed. And the international accepted UCLA shoulder score standard was applied to evaluate the clinical efficacy of patients after surgery. Results 70 patients were followed up postoperatively for 6~12 months,the average follow-up time was 8 months. According to UCLA score,20 were graded excellent,45 good,and 5 fair. The overall excellent and good rate was 92.85%. Conclusion Arthroscopic treatment of elderly patients with rotator cuff injury has fewer complications,less trauma,easily accepted by patients, early functional exercise,clinical curative effect,and ultimately improve the elderly patients with rotator cuff injury quality of life,such as the ability to correctly grasp the surgical method,making it worth of clinical promotion.
