LKB1 VEGFR2 ARK5在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及意义

摘要 目的:探讨LKB1、VEGFR2、ARK5在人非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)发生、发展中的作用。方法应用免疫组化S-P法检测LKB1、VEGFR2、ARK5在50例非小细胞肺癌标本和10例癌旁正常肺组织标本中的表达。结果 LKB1在癌旁正常肺组织中的阳性表达率明显高于NSCLC组织(P〈0.05);VEGFR2、ARK5在NSCLC组织中的阳性表达率明显高于癌旁正常肺组织(P〈0.05)。LKB1、VEGFR2、ARK5在NSCLC组织中的表达与患者的年龄、性别、组织学类型无关(P>0.05);与临床分期存在相关性(P〈0.05),与淋巴结转移有相关性(P〈0.05);在组织学分级中,NSCLC高分化组与低分化组比较,三者阳性表达率均有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论 LKB1、VEGFR2、ARK5均在NSCLC中表达,与NSCLC临床病理特征密切相关,共同参与NSCLC的发生发展。 Objective To study the expression of LKB1、VEGFR2、ARK5 on genesis and development of non-small cell lung cancer. Method The expression of LKB1、VEGFR2、ARK5 was detected by the S-P immunohistochemistry method in 50 cases of non-small cell lung cancer and 10 cases of normal lung tissue adjacent to the tumors. Result(1)Expression of LKB1 in normal lung tissue was a significantly higher level than that in NSCLC(P〈0.05). The expression level of VEGFR2 and ARK5 proteins in NSCLC was significantly higher than that in normal lung tissue(P〈0.05). (2)In NSCLC,the expression of LKB1、VEGFR2、ARK5 proteins has nothing to do with age,sex and histological type.The positive expression of LKB1 protein was significantly higher in well-differentiated,without lymph node metastasis tissues and StageⅠ-ⅡNSCLC than that in poorly differentiated,with Lymph node metastasis tissues and StageⅢ-Ⅳ(P〈0.05). Conclusion Expression of LKB1、VEGFR2、ARK5 in NSCLC suggests that they may play an important role in the development of NSCLC.
