复方阿胶浆预防化疗患者血细胞下降的效果观察

目的：评价复方阿胶浆预防化疗引起的患者血细胞下降的有效性与安全性。方法接受化疗的恶性肿瘤患者63例随机分成两组，观察组31例患者化疗合并口服复方阿胶浆，20ml/次，3次/d，连用21d。对照组32例仅化疗治疗。治疗周期和化疗周期一致，治疗前后检查血常规和进行QLQ-C30量表评分。结果两组Hb总有效率分别是86.7%和63.3%，观察组高于对照组（χ2=4.356，P=0.037）。QLQ-C30量表评分情况：两组情绪功能的稳定率（χ2=5.192，P=0.023）。疲劳的稳定率（χ2=4.32，P=0.038）、食欲减退的稳定率（χ2=5.455， P=0.020），观察组均优于对照组。结论复方阿胶浆能有效预防化疗所致的血细胞下降，并部分改善患者生存质量。

Objective To evaluate the prevention effectiveness and safety of compound e-jiao slurry to hemogram down in chemotherapy patients. Methods 63 cases of malignant tumor patients were randomly assigned into the treated group（n=31）and the control group（n=32）. The treated group were treated by compound e-jiao slurry while the control group not. Compound e-jiao slurry were taken 20 ml every time and three times every day,while two groups were treated by chemotherapy program at the same time and were treated for 21 days. We observed the routine blood changes and the QLQ-C30 changes at the 21th day. Results Total effective rate of hemoglobin（Hb） was 86.7%in the treated group and 63.3%in the control group. so recovery of Hb in the treated group was better than it in the control group（χ2=4.356,P=0.037）. Compared with the control group,index of stability of Emotional function,fatigue and appetite loss in the treated group were all was superior（P=0.023,P=0.038,P=0.020）. Conclusion Compound e-jiao slurry can effectively prevent hemogram down in chemotherapy patients and improve the patients quality of life.
