丙泊酚复合地佐辛在不同性别胃肠镜检查中的效果观察

目的观察比较不同剂量丙泊酚复合地佐辛在不同性别无痛胃肠镜检查中麻醉效果、安全性和苏醒时间。方法100例自愿接受无痛胃肠镜检查的患者，其中男50例，女50例；年龄22-60岁。根据性别分成A、B两组，观察两组用药情况。结果B组（女性组）在相同的身体耐受力的情况下，所需要的首次复合剂量大于A组（男性组），但麻醉恢复时间A组短于B组。结论丙泊酚复合地佐辛胃肠检查麻醉恢复时间男性短于女性。

Objective To observe and compare different doses ofpropofol combined with dezocine in patients receiving painless gastrointestinal endoscopy, in terms of anesthetic efficacy, safety and recovery time. Method 100 people volunteered to receive painless gastrointestinal endoscopy. The patients were aged between 22-60 years old and consisted of 50 males （group A） and 50 females （group B）. Result Under the same level of physical tolerance, the first composite dose required for group B （female group） was greater than that required for group A （male group）. Anesthesia respiratory suppression and body movement reaction in group A （male group） was higher than that of group B （female group）. Anesthesia recovery time of group A was shorter than group B. Conclusion Respiratory suppression and body movement response rate in group A were greater than that in group B （female）, but the anesthesia recovery time for group A （male group） was shorter than that of group B （female group）.
