23G玻璃体腔灌注联合白内障超声乳化摘除治疗玻璃体切除术后白内障疗效观察及手术护理

目的观察玻璃体腔灌注联合白内障超声乳化摘除治疗玻璃体切除术后白内障的疗效，探讨其手术护理方法。方法回顾性分析2012年12月至2014年12月24例玻璃体切除术后并发性白内障患者实施23G玻璃体腔灌注白内障微切口超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术的临床资料。结果本组24例（26眼）患者手术实施顺利，护理配合准确，术中眼压控制平稳，未发生术中并发症；术后随访1—3个月，患者视力均有不同程度提高。结论护士熟练掌握手术流程及配合要点，术前妥善准备器械和仪器，术中密切关注手术进度，准确传递器械，及时调整仪器参数，维持眼内压平稳，尽量缩短手术时间。

Objectives To discuss the operating nursing procedure of vitreous cavity perfusion in phacoemulsification for cataract after pars plana vitrectomy by observing the clinical efficacy of the treatment. Methods A retrospective clinical study. 24 clinical cases were included in this study from December 2012 to December 2014, who were taken 23G vitreous cavity perfusion in phacoemulsification combined with minimally invasive IOL implantation for cataract patients after vitrectomy. Results 24 patients （ 26 eyes ） were all conducted successfully. Nursing points of operation was carried out in a timely manner and intraocular pressure was stabilized during the surgeries. There were no complications. During the 1-3months follew up, the visual acuity were improved with different levels of the patients. Conclusion Nurses should get hold of the operating nursing procedure and nursing points of operation. Preparing the devices and equipment before the operation, observing the operation closely during the whole process, passing on the surgical devices accurately, adjusting the parameters on the equipment in time, keeping the intraocular pressure stable, so as to shorten the operating time as much as possible.
