移动护士站在提高护士用药安全中的应用效果分析

目的探讨移动护士站在病区护理药品安全流程中的应用。方法在使用和未使用移动护士站的病区间比较3个月内药品用药不良事件发生率、护理人员工作效率。结果使用移动护士站病区护理平均药品用药不良事件小于未使用移动护士站，护士工作效率差异有统计学意义。结论移动护士站在病区药品管理安全流程中可帮助护士减少差错事件的发生，提高护理工作效率和提高护理管理水平。

Objective To explore the application of mobile nursing station in the process of drug safety. Methods The incidence rate of adverse drug events and nursing staffs work efficiency were compared between the 3 months in the use and non use of mobile nursing station. Results The use of mobile nursing station ward nursing adverse events were significantly less than the use of mobile nursing station, the difference between nurses＇ work efficiency was statistically significant. Conclusion Mobile nursing station in the ward drug management safety process can help nurses to reduce the occurrence of errors, improve the efficiency of nursing work and improve the level of nursing management
