个案管理模式对肾穿刺患者舒适度与并发症的影响

目的探讨个案管理模式对肾穿刺患者舒适度与并发症的影响。方法肾穿刺患者40例随机分为个案管理组与对照组各20例，对照组给予常规的护理和健康指导。个案管理组由以个案管理师为核心的管理团队实施术前、术中、术后个体化综合治疗护理干预。比较两组患者术后舒适度、并发症发生率。结果个案管理组患者术后舒适度明显比常规组高、术后并发症的发生率低，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论个案管理模式不仅提高肾穿刺术患者身体舒适度，减少痛苦，且降低并发症的发生率，提高患者生活质量及满意度。

Objective To investigate the effects of case management on comfortable and complication in patients with renal biopsy. Methods According to random number table, 40 renal biopsy patients were divided into case management group and control group.Patients in control group received conventional care and health guidance; Case management group was the team that based on case management, with the divisions according to the nursing intervention of Individualized comprehensive treatment as before, during, and after the procedure. To compare postoperative comfort and the rate of complications of the two groups. Results The patient of case management felt obviously more comfortable than conventional group, and had less postoperative complications.The differences had statisticalsignificance （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion Case management not only improves the patients of percutaneous renal biopsy comfort degrees, but also reduces their pain nd decrease the incidence of their postoperative complication. So, it improves the life quality and satisfaction degree of patients.
