肝脏血管周上皮样细胞瘤一例临床分析
摘要
血管周上皮样细胞肿瘤（PEComa）是一类罕见的间叶组织来源的肿瘤，PEComa好发于泌尿生殖系统，以子宫、肾脏多见，而发生于肝脏十分罕见，目前国内报道的肝PEComa仅有40余例，临床极易误诊：本文回顾性分析本院普外科收治的一例肝脏PEComa患者的临床资料。报道如下：
