摘要
目的 分析骨骼X线在甲状腺功能低下诊断中的变化特点.方法 2013年12月至2015年12月在我院接受治疗的甲状腺功能低下患者中随机选取50例,对患者骨龄、甲状腺功能和X线改变进行相关性分析,观察甲状腺功能低下的骨骼X线特点.结果 骨龄和年龄的直线回归关系式表示为v=0.759x-3.693(t=4.42,P<0.05),其中x代表年龄,y代表骨龄.50例患者中,存在15例干骺改变、25例骨骺改变.结论 在进行甲状腺功能低下诊断中,可以结合应用骨骼X线改变及骨龄落后,以此提高患者的临床诊断准确率,为患者临床治疗提供重要判定依据.
Objective To analyze the characteristics of changes of skeletal X-ray in the diagnosis of hypothyroidism.Methods 50 patients with hypothyroidism treated in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2015 were randomly selected,carried out correlation analysis on bone age,thyroid function,and X-ray changes of patients,observed skeletal X-ray features of hypothyroidism.Results Linear regression equation of bone age and age was:y=0.759x-3.693 (t=4.42,P〈0.05),x representing age,y representing bone age.There were 15 cases of stem epiphyseal change,25 cases of osteoepiphysis change in 50 patients.Conclusion In the diagnosis of hypothyroidism,the combined application of skeletal X-ray change and the retardation of bone age,can improve patients' clinical diagnostic accuracy,provide an important basis for clinical decision.
