龙江医派名医白郡符治疗皮肤病的用药规律分析

Medication Rule of Famous Doctor BAI Jun-fu from Longjiang Medical School for Treating Skin Diseases

目的:分析龙江医派名医白郡符治疗皮肤病的用药规律。方法:收集、整理白郡符先生治疗皮肤外科疾病的中药方剂56首,利用统计学方法对用药情况进行统计分析。结果:56首中药方剂中涉及中药104种,用药总频数为826次。结论:核心单味药依次为甘草、赤芍、当归、金银花、天花粉、知母、生地黄、穿山甲、茯苓、没药等;治疗皮肤病以清热药、补虚药、活血化瘀药、解表药等为主要功效的药物为主;药性以寒、温、平为主;药味以苦、甘、辛为主;归经以肝、肺、胃、心、脾、肾为主。

Objective：To analyze the medication rule of famous doctor BAI Jun- fu from Longjiang Medical School tor treating skin diseases. Methods： Prescriptions for the treatment of skin diseases written by BAI Jun -fu were collected and arranged. Medication rule was analyzed with statistical methods. Results： 56 pieces of TCM prescriptions against skin diseases were collected, which involved 104 kinds of herbs, and the total frequency of medication use reached 826 times. Conclusion ： Core herbs in proper order are Licorice, Paeoniae Rubra Radix, Angelica, Lonicera japonica, Radix trichosanthis, Rhizoma anemarrhenae, Rehmannia glutinosa, Malayan pangolin, Poria cocos, Commiphora myrrha Engl, etc ; medicines for the treatment of skin diseases are mainly of heat clearing, tonifying, blood circulation promoting, blood stasis removing and the diaphoretic effect ; the properties of herbs are mainly cold, warm and peace ; the herbs are main- ly bitter, sweet and acrid ; the meridians entered are mainly liver,lung, stomach, heart, spleen and kidney.
